The Titan Dreamers Resource Center (TDRC) and International Students and Scholars office (ISS) at California State University, Fullerton, along with the support from Abinaya Prabakar, are proud to offer a scholarship open to students without immigration status and to international students who demonstrate motivation for education and a significant financial need. This scholarship reflects the commitment of our community and the university to uplift the educational successes of all our Titans, regardless of status.

Criteria below:

CSUF students who are unable or have limited access to federal or state financial aid

• • • Non-DACA
    • Undergraduate and credential students must be enrolled in a minimum of 12 units with minimum CSUF cumulative GPA 2.5
    • Graduate students must be enrolled in a minimum of 8 units, with cumulative GPA 3.0

Minh Tâm Nguyen Scholarship for International Undergraduate Students

To honor their late father, Cal State Fullerton alumni and Advance Beauty College leaders Tâm and Linh Nguyen established the Minh Tâm Nguyen Endowment Fund for International Education. Minh Tâm Nguyen, a former South Vietnamese Navy commander turned entrepreneur who was named by the BBC as the “Godfather of Nail Industry,” had a deep passion for supporting students who are working to achieve their educational goals. He loved to give back to the country that embraced him as a refugee many years ago, and that spirit lives on through the generosity of his family. 

Criteria below:

• • • Currently enrolled CSUF student
    • Undergraduate international student (F-1 status)
    • GPA 3.0 or higher
    • Graduating in future term
