Curricular Practical Training (CPT)F-1 only
Curricular Practical Training (CPT) is an off-campus employment authorization for eligible F-1 students who wish to participate in internships for academic credit.
Optional Practical Training (OPT)F-1 only
Optional Practical Training (OPT) is an off-campus employment authorization for eligible F-1 students who wish to work in a job related to their field of study during their degree program, after completing their program, or a combination of both.
